On May 24 the Tri-Valley High School FFA Chapter donated 6 months of sponsorship for the Paul's Prince Project. FFA President Juliane Burggraff has been a chore helper at DoubleHP Horse Shelter for more than a year now!

Our Special Volunteer Rick Knobe arrived all cheerful and smiley at 8 a.m. on his Harley.
He spent pretty much the whole day with us. First he cleaned and groomed the riding arena.

He was quite proud of his "swirl" design and, I must say, I was quite impressed.
Then he and Volunteer Tina H from Crooks hung up some DoubleHP Banners.
Which Prince, The Birthday Boy, loved very much.

Then it was time for Prince's Birthday Party. He turned 7 on May 25. He got a birthday cake & some cards, new riding helmets for his little riders, along with some stirrups that go short enough for his little riders.
Of course Prince had to open his presents himself.
