Tri-Valley High School FFA Becomes a Prince Sponsor

On May 24 the Tri-Valley High School FFA Chapter donated 6 months of sponsorship for the Paul's Prince Project. FFA President Juliane Burggraff has been a chore helper at DoubleHP Horse Shelter for more than a year now! Below: Juliane, Paul, Amanda, Deb, Christina, Gabe, Prince, and Randy.

KDLT TV Reporter Safeer Saini interviewed Deb & Randy.

Thank you for the beautiful story KDLT. It is perfect.

Our Special Volunteer Rick Knobe arrived all cheerful and smiley at 8 a.m. on his Harley.

He spent pretty much the whole day with us. First he cleaned and groomed the riding arena.
He was quite proud of his "swirl" design and, I must say, I was quite impressed.

Then he and Volunteer Tina H from Crooks hung up some DoubleHP Banners.

Which Prince, The Birthday Boy, loved very much.

Rick got to do some babysitting while Deb & Randy were being interviewed.
One of Paul's new games here is to convince Gabe to be a bull.
Then Paul opens a gate, and "the bull" comes running out.

Rick watches as the kids share special moments with Prince.

Then it was time for Prince's Birthday Party. He turned 7 on May 25. He got a birthday cake & some cards, new riding helmets for his little riders, along with some stirrups that go short enough for his little riders.
Of course Prince had to open his presents himself.

His half-sister Princess got to come to the Party too!

Below: Princess, Randy, Prince, Amanda, Volunteer Tina H from Crooks, Paul, Moonshine, Christina A, & Hazel Schjodt. Hazel sponsored 5 months for the Paul's Prince Project.
Below: Hazel's son Steve Schjodt from Hot Springs, SD, is also a sponsor for the Paul's Prince Project. He brought his new puppy Jenny to Prince's Birthday Party.
